About the Author Stuart Servetar is from Brooklyn, NY. He grew up in Rockland County, NY, and attended Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT where he studied English Literature. After briefly studying fine art at Pratt Institute, Stuart settled in New York City to write, paint and eventually tutor. When the Berlin Wall came down, Stuart headed to Eastern Europe and lived in Prague for a number of years. There he painted, taught English and was the food critic for The Prague Post. Upon returning to New York City, Stuart continued to paint and became the art critic for The NYPress. From there he wrote art criticism for a number of local, national and international publications. He also resumed tutoring. In 2006, Stuart formed ibidPREP in order to bring his approach to tutoring and test prep to a wider cross-section of students. Today, ibidPREP offers classes and individual tutoring throughout the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area.
