I think of myself as someone who is already pretty productive, but this book provided so many useful strategies and ideas that I've never heard before!The great thing about this book is that it's broken down into bite-sized chunks so you can easily do one challenge a day. The problem with most books is that they try to get you to change everything all at once, which never works. Because there are tiny steps to complete each day, it's easy to see a real improvement and stay motivated!Even better, this book is honest and actually pretty funny - I laughed out loud a couple times. Loved it, learned a ton, and would highly recommend this book!!!

There are just so many distractions now a days thanks to the internet. The internet is basically taking a good chunk of what entertainment and leisure activities we could do in the past and putting them all in one place.
